I take a minimum of 1-2 daily and test grades per week for each subject.  There will be a total of 18 grades per grading period for Reading and Language Arts; Social Studies will have a minimum of 10 grades per grading period.  For more information regarding absences and make-up work, please see the Student Handbook.

Homework is any work that is not completed in class each day.  The students should also be studying spelling words and multiplication facts; as well as reading 20 minutes per night.

Correction Policy
A student may request to retake any unit test (excluding benchmarks and district assessments) that they score below a 70 on.  The topic will be retaught to that student that requests it and then the test will be re-administered within one week of the original test date.
