At Home Learning Agreement
By checking ALL the statements below AND typing my name at the bottom I understand that I am making a commitment to an At-Home Learning platform for my child.

I understand that I will be expected to provide my child with a device (laptop, chromebook, tablet, etc.) and adequate WIFI to complete their assignments.
I also understand that if I wish to change my child to on-campus instruction the switch will only occur at the end of the grading period with written notification to the campus principal at least one week prior to the end of the grading period.
I also understand that my child will not be allowed to participate in Extracurricular Activities if choosing the At Home Learning platform.
